How It Works:

The Care Certificate is divided into two essential components: knowledge/training and practical application through observation. We will equip you with comprehensive knowledge and the necessary training to showcase your skills to your employer during observation sessions.

On the day of your training you will receive a Care Certificate Workbook where the knowledge and training gained will be recorded. You will then need to take this workbook to your employer, who will sign you off once you have demonstrated your skills.
